Artist Statement

At the core of my artistic practice lies a profound curiosity and fascination with the world around me. Sound and sight are not simply mediums through which I express myself; they are ways in which I manipulate the material of experience itself through our five senses. By embracing impermanence, I embrace the fleeting beauty of sound and the role of memory in shaping our perception of objects in time. My work is a reflection of my curiosity about what it means to be human, and how we interact with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. By highlighting the fundamental nature of human experience, my focus is on our unique individuality within the context of shared humanity. My personal aim is to facilitate a greater understanding and appreciation of both the differences and similarities between myself and others, fostering empathy, compassion, and a sense of interconnectedness among all people. Through this, I hope to inspire others to explore their inner worlds, to connect with their surroundings, and to embrace the multiplicity of human experience and their own sense of connectedness and creativity.
